CoverGirl is now the first accessible makeup brand to embrace gender equality by announcing makeup artist and social media phenomenon James Charles as its ambassador. The line already has international popstar Katy Perry on its team and now CoverGirl counts on James to spread a groundbreaking message that anyone can be fearlessly express themselves. According to a recent interview with Fashionista he shared that the massive appeal of the brand was one of the main reasons he accepted the offer to represent CoverGirl and share his inspirational work as a male makeup artist and digital personality. We’ll soon get to see James’ TV commercial and ads but we really look forward seeing him collaborating on his own line along the brand.
